Mugshots.org is a private website. We are not part of any police department, court, or government agency. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.
Booking photos and arrest details on this site come from records that law enforcement agencies made public. An arrest is not a conviction. Everyone is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
We use form messages to answer you and handle removal requests. We use visit data to keep the site running and see what people read. We don't sell the personal information you send us.
Some links go to outside sites, like PeopleFinders, and we may earn a commission if you use them. Those sites have their own privacy policies. Ads and affiliate partners may set their own cookies.
Removal is always free. We keep a log of each request (the page, the date, and what we did) so we can show it was handled.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. You can ask us what we have about you, or ask us to delete it, through our contact form. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under state privacy laws, and we'll honor them.
