Law enforcement officers say Scarbrough was involved in an armed robbery and carjacking in Warrensburg on Sept. 2. He's accused of stealing clothing from two college girls as well as their car. Officers planned to extradite Scarbrough back to Pettis and/or Johnson whenever it was feasible and appropriate for Pulaski County’s homicide investigation.
