The suspected teenage school shooter who allegedly injured four people when he opened fire at a high school was slapped with a number of charges, Wednesday. Simpkins turned himself in Wednesday afternoon after officials launched a manhunt for the Timberview High School student accused of firing a .45 caliber gun during a fight with another student.
